At Helipad, we specialize in transforming open fields into fully operational, licensed heliports for some of the UK’s most prestigious sporting events. We are the official helicopter operations provider for Jockey Club’s main events – The Cheltenham Festival, Aintree The Grand National, and the Epsom Derby — offering a seamless and secure experience for VIP arrivals and departures.

When not deployed at events, our base is Hangar 11 — the heart of our operations. This is where our team regroups during the off-season, conducts vehicle and equipment maintenance, and prepares for the next season. Operating 24/7, 365 days a year, our highly skilled team of pilots, doctors, and paramedics responds to an average of nine emergencies every day. In 2023-2024, we attended over 3,300 incidents, bringing hospital-level care directly to those in urgent need. From emergency chest and heart surgery to blood transfusions and advanced anaesthetics, our teams perform lifesaving treatments at the roadside, on beaches, in parks – whatever the weather and wherever we're needed most.
